Papa Left Mama
Parody of "Papa Loved Mama" by Garth Brooks

Papa left home when I was only five
He said he couldn't live with Mama and her secret double-life
The part he couldn't handle was her being a whore
So he packed up his suitcase and he hit the door

Now Mom would go out nearly every night
And stand on the corner underneath the street light
Cars would come by full of partying men
And they'd give Mama money and she'd climb right in...

Mama was a hooker, lord it's a shame!
Getting paid cash for playing sexual games,
But she got more than money from all of them men
Now Mama's in the graveyard, AIDS has done her in.

Well it happened back in March of '96
Mama came home after turnin' some tricks
She walked thru the door and right away I could tell
It was obvious that she wasn't feeling well

So Mama lay in bed about a week or two
I told her going to the doctor's what she really oughtta do
Then she flipped out and started actin' insane
So I dialed 9-1-1 and the ambulance came...

Well the look the doctor gave me told the story real well
And Mom began her fall into medical hell
I never will forget the day the doctor told me
Said, "Son your Mom's infected with the HIV."

Mama was a hooker, lord it's a shame!
Getting paid cash for playing sexual games,
But she got more than money from all of them men
Now Mama's in the graveyard, AIDS has done her in.

AW GOODBYE MAMA!
